Thumb toolbar

It would be nice to have a small toolbar (that can be turned on and off via menu of course) for often needed keys. The current consensus is to have this on the right hand side of the screen. The toolbar pretty comfortably fits seven items while still staying "thumbable" - maybe a few more if one has small fingers :)
