able to startup osso-xterm in fullscreen mode

Description

It would be nice to start osso xterm in fullscreen mode. This would be useful for live f1 timing software (that would be started inside xterm).

This is not a defect, but an enhancement.

I'm not sure if I will make any more releases of xterm, but this should be quite easy to do; I'll accept it for now.
